Shadrack looks to improve on his 1 mile time of 4:27, that he ran at the Indoor MWC Championships. 2005-06... Again a primary point scorer for the cross country team he also lettered in outdoor track, where he placed eighth at the CU Invite in the 1,500m. 2004-05...
