2007-08... Mark finished the 2007 Cross Country season at the NCAA Championship for the second straight year. He placed 19th and earned All-America honors once agian. 2006-07... Mark returns after a very successful cross country and track season. He placed 22nd at the NCAA National Cross Country meet and was the first All-American for UW in 11 years. Mark was named All-Conference for his 3,000m win. 2005-06... Again, Mark was a Conference Champion in the 5,000m run and a national qualifier. In the 10,000m he ran a 29:09.25, a time that ranks fourth all-time for the Cowboys. 2004-05... Mark transferred from Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya. Personal...
